Login IDs and passwords are case-sensitive. If your login ID doesn't work in upper case, try it in lower case. If it doesn't work in lower case, try it in upper case. The first two characters are always letters, the last three numbers. So the code bl503 has the letter "l" (el) and digit "0" in it.
